Most men have some sort of negative habits which spoil their chances with women in the long term. These habits can be numerous such as drinking, smoking, low self confidence, negative thinking, feeling guilty, being stressed, feeling like a loser, eating disorders. Read on to find out why these habits spoil your chances with women and what can be done to cure them.
Low self confidence - Right throughout time woman
has always disliked men with low self esteem or confidence. Self confidence is basically the belief in one's abilities and one self. When a person is low on self confidence he is dragged into the zone of self doubt and is tentative about his every move. Women simply can't stand guys with no self confidence and always desire a guy with high self esteem and passion for something in life.
Feeling guilty - Women do not like men who feel guilty all the time and want a shoulder to cry on. It might work once or twice but in the long run she would most probably dump you and put you in the loser category.
Eating disorders - Women like fit men and men who know how to eat right. Women absolutely hate couch potatoes who sit behind a television all day long munching on something or the other. To look your best you need to eat right and having an eating disorder would not do much good.
Negative thinking - Some guys think negatively about everything and this is the type which never survives in a relationship with a woman
. Negative thinking leads to constant arguments among the couples which leads to eventual breakup.
Drinking or smoking - This is another bad habit which can drown your chances with a woman
. A social drink is ok when out partying or with friends but constant drinking or habitual drinking is the biggest turn off for any woman.
The solution - Well the solution is simple. It's all about making an effort and that's all which is required. You just need to make an effort to try that bit harder to do something in the relationship. Women want commitment and you simply cannot commit if you have any of the bad habits listed above.
